Loan the most charged device first.

We've introduced an intelligent, automated feature that assigns devices based on how long they've been charging, ensuring devices receive even usage. Now, you can say goodbye to battery complaints and excessive wear-and-tear on specific devices. This means your users always get the best-performing devices, while your IT department effortlessly maintains device health.

Set loan limits by hours (not just days).

Previously, loans were limited to daily intervals — but we know sometimes your users only need a device for a few hours. Now, IT administrators can set highly specific loan durations down to the hour. You can choose fixed loan periods within set days or hours, or ensure same-day returns by the close of school or business hours. Plus, automated overdue alerts keep everyone accountable and save you the trouble of manually chasing devices down.

Limit the number of loaned devices per user.

No more device hoarding or juggling endless spreadsheets to keep track of who has what. With the new borrowing limits, the system automatically prevents users from exceeding their set maximum. If they hit the limit, they're politely directed to see staff for assistance, making device distribution fairer and easier to manage.

Automatic loaner during repairs.

Our smart lockers now automatically assign a loaner device the moment a user drops off their broken one.
